can not trust service department Bought two used vehicles in one year. Asked for problems to be fixed before purchased. They said they did but about 4 visit and a recommended appointm Bought two used vehicles in one year. Asked for problems to be fixed before purchased. They said they did but about 4 visit and a recommended appointment at Chrysler later my car was still not fixed, finally took it else where. Same for the 2nd car had to take it else where to get the real problem fixed right. They do quick fixes and never really fix the problem so you come back and keep spending money. Service has no clue on what they are talking about or doing! Lyndsee only nice person but his hands are tied to actually help and get things done. You would think if you bought 2 cars and they did the work they would fix till it was right. Nope More

She realized without judgement that I wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted at this time, so she worked tirelessly to make sure that I got something as close as possible. She was able to find me, almost immediately, a Ford Focus Titanium that I wanted with some bonus features. The only difference between that and what i was looking for was the year. She made sure it was within my price range and that I was able to drive away happy and without regret. More
