It’s horrible i purchased a vehicle there ain’t had it a month it’s leaking transmission fluid plus making a noise after it starts! Also the guy Chris lied about the maintenance of the vehicle cause it also month it’s leaking transmission fluid plus making a noise after it starts! Also the guy Chris lied about the maintenance of the vehicle cause it also needs front end work which they want to charge me $2986 for ! My rating are extremely low for this dealership!!!!!! More

Didn’t rotate my tires! Called to make the appointment for a recall and then didn’t even have the part for the appointment they called to schedule! Will not be back! The last time I had issues but I’m not driving from another state to not get good service. The worker blamed the system for telling me my tires were bad. Turns out I had wires showing that doesn’t just happen less then 8 hours. More

The staff at Walt Massey Kia kept me informed up the progress being made on my vehichle as they were working on it. I am appreciative of being informed as the work is being done which allows me to wait progress being made on my vehichle as they were working on it.
