We were at the dealership for 3 hours. She could not provide us with a printed out copy of the work estimate due to "printer issues". She stated that she would email us a copy within 30 She could not provide us with a printed out copy of the work estimate due to "printer issues". She stated that she would email us a copy within 30 minutes. 2 days later (today) I called and requested the email estimate that we were promised. I spoke to Jessica (who after being placed on hold for several minutes) stated that she had spoken to parts manager and could give verbal estimate only due to estimate being closed. I stated that I wanted and was promised an emailed estimate. She placed me in hold again (and my call was disconnected but Jessica immediately returned my call) and she stated that she had gotten in touch with the general manager Lynn. I was then told that the general manager would have to recreate an estimate and would email it to me. That was 2 hours ago and still no estimate. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and still haven't got what I was promised AND what I paid for. Terrible customer service, staff needs more training on estimates AND additional customer service training for staff!! Very disappointed More
