Great Experience Scheduled Appointment (for oil change) was available & ready when I arrived. Hunter Faulkner greeted me at my car before I even got out. He invite Scheduled Appointment (for oil change) was available & ready when I arrived. Hunter Faulkner greeted me at my car before I even got out. He invited me to wait inside while he got car info. He then checked my records and went over process; invited me to wait in customer lounge. At around 45 minutes, Hunter informed me that my car was almost ready, but advised me that during their multi-point inspection, the car battery test failed. He informed me that they were already installing a new battery, and since I have bought the battery at Walsh Honda, and it was still under warranty, there would be no charge. He made sure i was comfortable with the few minutes extra time needed, and I assured him that I was. Bottom Line: I bought my 2013 Accord at Walsh Honda, and I will first shop Walsh Honda for my next car. Best Dealership I have ever encountered, and the service department is a good part of that confidence. More

Outstanding, honest people My car is new, and a code popped up a couple of months ago so I stopped by. The tech saw it, cleared it, and told me I didn’t need service. I finally needed an oil change and came in. I was in the waiting area and a tech came out to see a customer. He explained that they didn’t do her alignment as she needed new tires. He gave her quotes. He also gave her quotes for a battery but told her on both accounts she should feel free to shop around. Great communication which means these guys are Getting great training. Very impressed with the whole operation and love my Civic Si!! More

Great experience in car purchasing My wife and I walked in just to look and see what car she liked best. I wanted her in a SUV but she leaned toward Accord. Our salesman Carlos met us at the door and although I stated up front we were wind shopping he was very gracious and said that’s why he’s there. He showed us the vehicle and let us test drive. We never once felt pressured. He stated let me get you some figures so you can think about what interests you and can make up your mind.
