I come from a family of Honda Dealers for the past 20 years and have always found the service dept outstanding, but the sales dept could take lessons from the service dept. Without the sales the service dept would eventually dry up. My last experience with the sales dept left no room for negotiation and my family member went to Hughes Honda and bought the CRV she was looking for. She will continue to use the service dept at Walsh Honda because of the friendliness, honesty and professionalism of the technicians even though she lives in WR. Accolades to the service dept!! More
