Helpful sales team I was looking for a dependable car for my daughter. I was looking for something that had less than 25,000 miles on it. I found a Honda Civic that was traded in on the Walsh website. I drove to Macon from Jackson only to find the car had been sold earlier that morning. Carlos Flores was my salesman and after telling him what I was looking for and he showed me 2 other Civics on the lot, 1 that was certified and the other was to be certified as soon as they could get to it. I chose the one that was already certified. This is my 1st time dealing with Walsh Honda, but not my last! More

She walked me thought the select process, carefully determining my needs. She offered me numerous options on particular vehicles that I may have been interested in. She even explained some technical issues with some of the vehicles. Once, I selected the vehicle that met my reliability standards, she carefully explained all options and accessories on the Civic SI that I choose. Her technical knowledge on this sale made the difference. My family has bought at least 3 to 4 vehicles from this dealership. I know the dealership. Ms. Miller is a great example of what a customer expects. She is not pushy. She is very considerate of the customers needs. I believe that you should very much consider her for more of a mangers roll. Believe me, I know. I hire people of her caliber to manage projects. As far as the price, I felt that the price was fair. Delightful! I have purchased two cars from Walsh and all my oil changes and repairs are done there. Carlos is an awesome salesman who walked all over the lot looking for what I wanted with a hurt foot when I shopped for my first vehicle from them. To this day, if he sees me there for oil changes or repairs, he quickly rushes over to say hi. William and all the guys in the service department are so kind and always have a smile on their face. They go above and beyond to help all of their customers as quickly as possible. Benny, the sweet gentleman will take you to work and pick you up when needed and he is quite easy to carry a conversation with. I love this dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking for a car! My third Honda will be purchased there!! More
