Failed battery and maintenance review My 2017 CRV would not start after 2 years and 10 months of ownership. After getting it jump started I took it to Walsh Honda to get it checked out. Th My 2017 CRV would not start after 2 years and 10 months of ownership. After getting it jump started I took it to Walsh Honda to get it checked out. The diagnosis was a failed battery so Walsh replaced it free of charge as it was still covered under the 3 yr 36,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty. I also had the maintenance light come on a few days before my battery failed with A 7 code. The A code was for oil and filter change which was done without charge and the 7 was for replacing the brake fluid. All the work was done in about one and a half hours and the car starts and runs great. All prior maintenance work has been done at Walsh Honda and it runs very well. Good work Walsh Honda! More

Even though they were very busy, I spoke with Duane from service who told me to bring my car anyway. I live about an hour away and I got there around 10. I got an oil change, brakes flushed and an air filte service who told me to bring my car anyway. I live about an hour away and I got there around 10. People ask me why do I bother going to Macon, when there is a Honda place 2 minutes away from me? I always tell them, it's not just the fact that I get a free oil change, but mainly the fact that the customer service is impeccable, I don't get ripped off and besides, I like to go visit Jennifer Miller next door (she sold me the car). I will always go to this place, as long as I still have this vehicle. Their service guys are awesome!!! More
