Dissatifaction with Service Department My Honda Odyssey had a major problem 6 weeks after Walsh Honda did repair work on the engine. The van started so that you would not be able to drive i My Honda Odyssey had a major problem 6 weeks after Walsh Honda did repair work on the engine. The van started so that you would not be able to drive it. The engine was running, but there was no power to the wheels. All a Walsh Honda man on the phone said was it could not have been caused by something they had done during their repair work. All this was said on the phone without seeing the car. I will not be going back to Walsh Honda for any more service of any kind. More

Positive Experience Buying a New Car Initially, I arrived at the dealership for an appointment for auto service. While waiting, I asked the Receptionist if a former Employees (Laura Meeks Initially, I arrived at the dealership for an appointment for auto service. While waiting, I asked the Receptionist if a former Employees (Laura Meeks) was available. I was told that Laura had moved to NY. I asked if there was another female Sales Rep. available. I was given Melissa's name. Melissa came to the waiting room, introduced herself and asked how she could assist me. I had only planned to ask her for some numbers on a new Honda Civic. Melissa took the time to show me what was available via the computer, She ran a few numbers, asked what color I wanted, offered to bring the car around so I could look at the car. Next, she offered a Test Drive. I was happy with the style, color and features and agreed to purchase the new auto. My overall experience with Walsh Staff, the price and the time it took to complete the sale process, Detailing, etc. EXCELLENT. On a scale of 1 - 10, I rate Melissa @ a 10. More

Found My Forever Honda Dealer I am blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of Walsh Honda! From my initial inquiry on a used vehicle on the lot, Doris was eager to help answ I am blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of Walsh Honda! From my initial inquiry on a used vehicle on the lot, Doris was eager to help answer any and all of my questions. She responded rapidly to all emails and calls. If she didn't know the answer, she was happy to find one and get back to me immediately. I drove 75 miles from metro Atlanta (with a plethora of Honda dealers) due to her willingness to assist me. Once I arrived I was greeted by Melissa who handled everything from there. She KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! All of my concerns were addressed and fixed to their best ability. The most personable sales person I have ever encountered. She made the car buying process enjoyable and quick! Melissa worked with me on the final APR with a smile on her face. Every aspect of the process was explained to me so well. When I met with the financing department, I just had to sign all the papers and was on my way. I truly cannot say enough about how awesome my experience was. Even with a Honda dealership 5 miles from my house, in the future, I will drive the 1.5 hours to visit the fantastic staff at Walsh Honda! Thank you all for the stellar service! More

He took the time to completely explain and demonstrate all the features of this new vehicle and answered all of our questions. Prior to leaving the lot, Mr. McIntosh expertly walked us through the setup process for all the new functions contained in this vehicle. Thereby, saving us the time and possible frustration of setting up the vehicle using the owner’s manual. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I would recommend Walsh Honda and ask for Mr. Tony McIntosh. More
