Wife and I bought a 2008 Nissan Armada two days ago from this dealership. Spent over 28k on the truck, which we love. We bought the truck right as they were closing. Our sales man was okay named Dennis. He really didn't sell us the car, the car sold us. We filled out papers and then just dealt with Chris. Upon driving away that night in our truck, noticed the car was not filled up with gas. The next day I brought it back as I am sure Dennis forgot to do this as it was late. When I asked him about this he informed they don't do that. When I told him when you spend 28K on a car the least they could was fill up a tank. He acted like I was asking for a thousand dollars. I asked to make it right, he took the truck and put about 20 -25 bucks in it. Are you kidding me? 28K and not tank of gas. I just wish this truck had been at Fledman's. I will not be buying a car a long time but when that time comes, I will not be going back to Wayzata Nissan. Do your self a favor and go see Mark L. and Feldman's Nissan. More
Just wanted to write this review to pass on how great the service is here. I came in last Saturday to purchase a SUV and I needed to get it before the end of the weekend because my previous car had stopped w service is here. I had done some research online and I found a used 2007 Mercury Mariner. We went to the dealership and were greeted promptly and I asked to see the car. Our rep Tom was awesome, he was very friendly and helpful. Needless to say it was incredibly busy that day and I feel very fortunate that we got there early. Well we bought the vehicle that day and were on the road without any problems, great service and great people, we will be back! More
My existing '07 crossover had reached the four year, 80k mile mark which is my normal replacement timeframe. I had the same crossover model prior to the '07 as well. My son got his own car a year earlier, so I decided I could replace the crossover with a smaller car that was easier to get around in and higher in gas mileage rating. I looked at and drove 6 different brands/models. Wayzata Nissan helped with Veresa and Sentra information and 1 Sentra and 4 Versa test drives. They were always ready to answer questions and never hesitated on a test drive request. During the selection process, they made me aware of discounts and promotions, but never pressured my decision. I have been driving my new Versa-SL Hatchback for a week and it is all that I had hoped for, fun to drive, and it looks like I'll get the 32 miles/gal city/highway average as advertised. I have a free service appointment at the end of my second week to address anything I may notice while driving the Versa during the first two weeks. Nice job Wayzata Nissan. More

I traded my Nissan Altima in for a brand new Nissan Maxima a couple weeks ago and love my new car. As someone who's worked in retail for 15+ years, I was very impressed with the service provided by both Colton Ray and Kurt Fratzke. It was refreshing when Colton and I went over the numbers and I realized that nothing had changed -the numbers were the same as when we originally talked. No bait and switch tactics or sneaking extras in without my consent. I arrived during the busiest time of the day but both Kurt and Colton worked very hard to get me on my way as quickly as possible and did a great job setting my expectations re the time it would take. Kurt was extremely thorough going over all of the details of my new car and even allowed me to use his computer to print out paperwork for a real estate contract I needed for a meeting with a client immediately after leaving the dealership. I left very happy with the service and the product and continue to be impressed with their follow up and over all concern for the quality of my experience. I look forward to working with them again in the future but intend to enjoy my cool new Maxima for a while first. I've already referred both Colton Ray and Kurt Fratzke to a friend and family member and strongly recommend both of them to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. -Justin More
