However, my husband and son drove 12 hours to the dealership to purchase a vehicle that ended up having a considerably undersized aftermarket cabin-air filter. He went to a local Nissan dealership to have an appropriate filter placed in the vehicle. When he followed-up with the Loyalty Manger who sold him the vehicle he was told they would "not be participating in the filter replacement." I then reached out to the General Manager, who said the same thing. Neither manager answered my questions and failed to reply to my email when I asked how something as basic as a filter issue could be missed if that rigorous mechanical and visual process was actually completed on the vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership. I think their claim about every vehicle going through a rigorous inspection is a lie and the fact that TWO managers failed to reply to my email and answer my question speaks volumes to their level of professionalism. More
This was not a terrible experience but they missed several opportunities to be excellent. Did not offer a car fax at the time of sale.
