I purchased a used Rogue from this dealership last year, and received the book of coupons for service, etc. I contacted Deann to set up an oil change and service engine light analysis/appointment, and she and received the book of coupons for service, etc. I contacted Deann to set up an oil change and service engine light analysis/appointment, and she was able squeeze me in when needed (I live on the far East side of the Twin Cities), so that was very helpful. I had some scratches on the rear bumper cover, and asked her to show them to the body shop to see what needed to be done. She had them simply buff them out quickly, no charge. I would recommend this dealership for service based on my experience with Deann, and specifically request Deann, because she'll take good care of you. Thanks, Deann! Tom More
Purchased a 3 yr old Altima. The only positive thing about Wayzata Niss is that they had the car I was looking for. Dealing with the sales man Ken was a constant battle and they are 0-4 on the services about Wayzata Niss is that they had the car I was looking for. Dealing with the sales man Ken was a constant battle and they are 0-4 on the services done to the car. Minor body work and detailing were done. After 3 visits they still can't do it right. And now Ken tells me they may charge me, for work they didn't do correctly in the first place. Even when bringing my car into the service center the woman eating her lunch at her cash register was clearly bothered by my presence. I will keep returning until they get it right. Next stop, BBB. I brought my 2008 Nissan Altima coupe into Wayzata Nissan for the first time for its 60,000 mile service. Deann Modrynski was my service advisor and she really bent over backwards for me. She was able to g for the first time for its 60,000 mile service. Deann Modrynski was my service advisor and she really bent over backwards for me. She was able to get me a great deal on the price of the service and she even covered the cost of the rental vehicle. I could not have asked for better customer service. The only slight disappointment I had with the overall experience was that my car had not been washed when I picked it up. Not a huge deal, but I was under the assumption that it would be since they list Complimentary Car Wash on their service menu under every service. More
Overall the entire process of purchasing my 2011 Nissan Altima SL was a breeze. The sales rep, Bob B, was great to work with. There was not the pressure to buy with this dealer given by staff. I bought a 2009 Nissan rouge from Wayzata. This was my first time buying a car and though I walked away with a car I am very pleased with I did come away with some very valuable lessons. 1. Minnesota d first time buying a car and though I walked away with a car I am very pleased with I did come away with some very valuable lessons. 1. Minnesota does not have a 3-day "think about it" timeframe. Once you sign it's yours 2. If you do not finance through Wayzatta it is possible that you will have to wait a few days to drive your car off the lot. If your bank wires funds make sure to ask for that to speed up the process. 3. Don't rush into anything, this dealership was willing to work with me when I made a mistake, but not everyone is like that. So take your time and be firm on what you want. 4. A good sales person will look out for you. Tim and his Manager Chris had their work cut out with me. I was, to say the least, a very difficult client. I signed the paper work for my car on a Thursday, Canceled the paper work on a Friday, then changed my Mind on the following Monday. Needless to say I'm sure they were happy to get me in the car and have me on my way ;) There were several different things that went on in those 5 days, but the bottom line is that through all of it Wayzata was willing to work with me rather than stone-walling me. They did a lot of things the didn't "have" to do and I figured the least I could do, besides giving them my business, was write them a steller review. Ask for Tim, he's great. More
I purchased a new Altima Coupe from them. They told me my trade in was worth $6000, and then wrote up only $3000. When I complained, they said they meant they would sell my car for $6000, and then they lis trade in was worth $6000, and then wrote up only $3000. When I complained, they said they meant they would sell my car for $6000, and then they listed it on the Internet for $8,950. Neither Nissan or the dealership would correct this problem. I not only do NOT recommend this dealership, I warn people. All my friends and relatives, even my hairdressers. More
Excellent dealership. Friendly, Clean and Knowledgeable staff. Dealt with Alex in sales, Arnold the manager and Chris in finance and all were the best you could ask for. Drove off in a New 2012 Maxima staff. Dealt with Alex in sales, Arnold the manager and Chris in finance and all were the best you could ask for.
