Scott Brown the MVP sales person at Wayzata Nissan!! We just bought a new Nissan Altima from the Wayzata Nissan dealership and our sales person was Scott Brown. Scott was very polite, patient, knowledgea We just bought a new Nissan Altima from the Wayzata Nissan dealership and our sales person was Scott Brown. Scott was very polite, patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. But most of all he was not a "pushy" sales person how just want to make some money, he considered our needs and budget and guided us to find the best car for us. He even followed up with us afterwards to make sure that everything was ok and all of our questions were answered. It is needles to say that the car is great and the price was excellent. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was/is very nice and customer friendly. I have been going to this dealership to service my other Nissan for about 10 years and I have never been disappointed with their service. We would buy an another used or new car without hesitation in the future from Scott (from Wayzata Nissan)!!! More

My needs are few; mostly questions about the Bluetooth or radio, but I needed a recall item taken care of and I enjoy working with this service crew. Used Car New Friend I personally do not have any friends who sell cars, but I feel like I made a new friend in the process at Wayzata Nissan with Molly Gray! Was in the process of looking for a used car as I am young college student with my father after a traumatic car accident that in the end totaled my previous car. Walking through the doors of the Wayzata Nissan, a dealership my father nor I had ever been to, we were a bit uneasy but after meeting Molly for just a few seconds and she already had the Car Facts printed out for us, we knew we were in good hands. Molly took time out of her busy day on several occasions just to help us out, her attention to detail, asking us questions to understand what we really needed, made the sometimes-complicated process of purchasing a new vehicle quite the opposite.
