Got my oil change 03/20 and wasn’t told my shocks were bad in person (only in video I received but I didn’t see it until later). She told me she’ll reach out to Eric, it’s been over a week and no one has gotten back to me about this even when I reached back out to Cathy saying I can reach out to Eric but I’m not sure if I should provide a service number but she said she’ll reach out to Eric. Got my car repaired after tire blowout, team did the analysis and dind not brought up overall accident damage mechanical or cosmetic.
