Do not come to Walser Nissan expecting transparent sales! Avoid working with a manager named "Charlie". My fiancé and I did not experience Walser Nissan's claim to transparent salesmanship. Expect classic "used car salesmanship" from Charlie (manager). Instead of an apology we received an attempted lecture of how we (the customer) perceived the deal incorrectly. A simple apology and acknowledgement of their mistake would have gone a long way and changed our perception, which did not happen at the least. Very disappointing experience and leaves no desire to ever do business with any dealership with the name Walser on it. Charlie made it very clear of where management puts the customer, at the bottom of a sale. My fiancé and I will not be doing business with Walser again. Jesse More

Excellent service I had a great experience with Scott Brown when I was trading in my old Murano and buying another one. I test drove 2 vehicles and Scott was very pat I had a great experience with Scott Brown when I was trading in my old Murano and buying another one. I test drove 2 vehicles and Scott was very patient with me and spent a lot of time explaining the features of each vehicle and answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable of these cars. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and never put any pressure on me. He made the whole process very easy which I appreciated very much. All the other people I came in contact with, from the front desk person to the other salesmen, were very helpful and had great attitudes and they were always trying to make sure that I was doing alright.
