I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a used car from here because they have 0 knowledge of any features of their used vehicle selection apparently. The detailing portion of the delivery seemed to be rushed. My sales guy Ryan, who I’d been working with the entire day before buying the vehicle, didn’t say 2 words to me before leaving the lot. I’m happy with my purchase but I will never purchase from this dealership again, based off my experience. Also, I drove home, almost 2hrs away on a half tank of gas in my NEW VEHICLE. I had to ask what kind of gas the vehicle took - shows how poorly the delivery was. More
Terrible experience. Salesman named Mike had no information about the used car I wanted to buy. When he finally had my questions answered and I was going to purchase the car, they would not take an information about the used car I wanted to buy. When he finally had my questions answered and I was going to purchase the car, they would not take any form of payment over the phone. Cash or check only. They ended up selling the car from under me. Don’t approve deals and guarantee sales if you can‘t follow through. This dealer will take your money and hand you the keys but when the deal falls through they will make excuses and put the blame on th follow through. Very Poor Buying Experience We called ahead about a 2019 Nissan Rogue that was on both cars.com and Walser's own website to confirm we could get the car for the price listed. Wh We called ahead about a 2019 Nissan Rogue that was on both cars.com and Walser's own website to confirm we could get the car for the price listed. When my wife went to sign the paperwork there was a $1000 difference and the salesman, Cody, stated it was because we didn't own a Nissan previous to this one. Cody gave my wife a tablet and made her watch a bunch of worthless videos to get "acquainted" with the vehicle and my wife said they didn't answer many questions about the features of the vehicle. I talked to the manager afterwards and there was no apology whatsoever, he made it sound like we were the ones that were at fault for the price difference. We could have bought the same vehicle at any other dealer, and should have... since these guys obviously don't hold true to their word. Fast forward a couple months and they didn't even apply for a license plate for the car but still took the money! Avoid this dealership. More

I live on the opposite side of the twin cities but drove over after work through rush hour only to find Natalie working with another customer and left me standing there for an hour until I decided I had enough of her and Walser. These people have absolutely no idea how to earn your business at all. I have nothing but bad things about Walser and I see everyone is correct. Stay away from these losers. More
Poor customer service My car had a serious airbag recall. It took months to get in the parts to fix this. Once the parts were in I received a post card in the mail. I called the number provided and was put on hold numerous times and then told I needed to call the dealership. I called the dealership and was again put on long holds. I scheduled the recall and was told it would take 5 hrs. They offered me a shuttle service home but I live 1.5 miles outside their shuttle service area. The postcard I received stated a free rental would be provided. I said this and set up the rental. I got to the dealership for the scheduled time. I was told the service would take 1.5 hrs, not 5, and there is no rental car for me. I have been waiting longer than 1.5 hrs at this point. I was not prepared to sit and wait. I did not arrange childcare so I had to scramble to set up that for my sleeping child. I am beyond irritated. I would never come here for any other service other than a recall. I bought my car brand new from this dealership and would never buy from them again. They also tried to get me to make $750 for repairs on my car. More

I called them too see if they can take some responsibilities for this issue and they blame everything on me. I just drive to go to work and didn't even use the radio and AC a lot. Car salesman Jake Miller told me everything was inspected and the battery would last even though I told him the head lights were kind of dim. I would recommend having the car inspected by a third party before you purchase a car because they won't take any responsibilities for any issues after you drive the car off the parking lot. More
