"they have there cars serviced before going out" my a$$ they do or they pulled a fast one by not telling me what was wrong with the car and cant help out the customer (CUSTOMER) because we didn't get the walser plan! NOT EVEN 30 DAYS leaving the lott! Quick buck for you Tom... good job- would NOT recommend this place to anyone in the area! More

The car looks like it has snow on it I was thinking OK the Transit Company must have damaged Car .. NO I checked Bill of Lading and the Paper was littered with mark ups of CHIPS AND SCRATCHES FROM DEALER.... The Dealer Walser Nissan Wayzata .. Signed the Bill of Lading AGREEING the CAR is DAMAGED.. I called them and they said, "No it was not Damaged when it Left" Total Liars . This dealership has beyond unethical values. They tried to sell us a car in need of $3,500 in repairs. After taking it to a shop for an inspection we were told there is no way they did not know about the c to sell us a car in need of $3,500 in repairs. I purchased my 2017 Nissan Murano at this dealership. My engine light came on so I came back to them. First off I called and the girl said to just come over so within a half hour I was there after taking o engine light came on so I came back to them. First off I called and the girl said to just come over so within a half hour I was there after taking off from work to be told sorry not today. Come back tomorrow, I come back the next morning and after having the car all day they can’t fix it. I paid $79 to get it diagnosed. When I picked it up I asked if the light comes back on do I have to pay $79 again. I was told no. I went back today the first thing I’m told is I have to pay $79 again. I said no and they decided to waive that fee. They come back out and tell me it will be $400 for the ignition coil for a told of $635z. I looked only the part was only $89 and it was a 10 minute job. I got it done at my mechanic for $98. Watch yourself there! More
