I had a bad experience, but Mike took care of me. I had previously got the wrong diagnosis from your service center about a noise my car was making. They previously said it was my tires. So when I go I had previously got the wrong diagnosis from your service center about a noise my car was making. They previously said it was my tires. So when I got new tires a couple of days ago and it still made the same noise, I thought it was the new tires I had just bought from Nissan. Mike assured me that these tires should not make a noise and he took me on a test drive. He diagnosed that I needed new front wheel bearings. He had the work done the following day.
