My experience at Nissan Dealership in Wayzata MN was excellent. My salesman was Nelsen who was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I have papers saying I bought 60k 5 year warranty from them. They now say 36k 3 year. I have been waiting on a reply to a warranty issue. I called after a week of bringing my car in because I haven’t heard from Nissan or the dealer, they said someone would get right back to me. Today, I called again this morning and again they said the service manager would get back to me. It’s now 6pm and no one has called me back. At least they should give me a status update. More
