After I drove my truck home I noticed a dent of the top of the cab and a burnt out exterior light. I texted my sales man James if they would fix these for me and he said he would talk to his sales manager. of the cab and a burnt out exterior light. After a couple days I text him back to see if they would at least replace the bulb and look at the dent to see if it could be pulled. No response at spending $40,000 at your dealership. Shame on you Wayzata Nissan. More

I purchased a vehicle from Tom S at Wayzata Nissan. After having the vehicle for a couple of weeks I began having issues with it. When I reached out to Tom letting him know I was having issues with the After having the vehicle for a couple of weeks I began having issues with it. When I reached out to Tom letting him know I was having issues with the vehicle he could not have been less interested in helping or showing concern. He said there was nothing he could do and that I should call Walser Jeep to have it looked at. After several attempts over the course of a week trying to contact the service department at Walser Jeep and leaving messages I never heard back from Walser Jeep. I left Tom a voicemail asking for help getting traction from Service at Walser Jeep. I never heard back. I called Wayzata Nissan again on Saturday and spoke with Jesse hoping to get some help. Jesse said he would email Walser Jeep and copy me to ask someone to follow up with me on Tuesday after the holiday. I never received an email or a follow up call. It is disappointing and says a lot about how a dealership feels about their customers when a customer has an issue with a vehicle less than a month after purchasing it and both the salesperson and sales manager fail to follow up with the customer. I will be sure to warn others about dealing with Walser Wayzata Nissan. More
