Everything went great. I had a new battery installed in my key fob and it still says low battery. Tried calling and always got full mailbox and couldn’t leave a message. Kurt is always polite and to be honest I don’t think I would go there if it were not for him. I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. They sold me a car with hidden mechanical issues and showed no concern for my situation. Despite advertising a 3-month warranty, I found out it wasn't included. When I had to exchange the vehicle, I lost money on various fees and taxes, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I waited three weeks to receive my refund for the purchase price. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. More
