Although I bought my car at "Walser Hyundai" and they are closer to my house, it's been some time since I used them for the servicing of my Santa Fe and this was due to the scheduling of an appointment. It s closer to my house, it's been some time since I used them for the servicing of my Santa Fe and this was due to the scheduling of an appointment. It seemed to always be 3 weeks out or more. Been going to Morrie's Hyundai (new facility) since but they now seem to be the ones with scheduling issues. This was simple preventative maintenance, oil change and tire rotation and maybe new battery. I was able to schedule an appointment the same week and was surprised that when I brought the car in, Walser had constructed a new facility that combines the new and used car properties with roomy, comfortable waiting area that had bottled water and fresh popcorn available and clean rest rooms. Working with the Service advisor Vivian was great. Service took about an hour. My vehicle is 5 years in age and I wanted to replace my battery, with free installation, but during the service they had tested the battery and said it was not needed at this time, also no free install regardless:( Overall great experience on this visit!
