I arrived at the appointed for the scheduled repair. Check-in was quick and easy, repairs were done within the time estimate, and the repairs were completed within the estimate amount. The service I received after having my car has been subpar to say the least. The customer service representatives that they have working for them are amazing! I have been working with Timothy mostly, a subpar to say the least. The customer service representatives that they have working for them are amazing! I have been working with Timothy mostly, and they should keep this gentleman around for as long as they can. However, after 4 months I’ve found the time as a busy person to bring the car back for a number of issues, most have gone unresolved as of today, but I as the customer, have been responsible for paying diagnostic fees for issues I think the company should find and resolve. Yet, I’m being told they either can’t duplicate the issue to fix or I should take my car to another dealership. Upon calling this other dealership, I’ve been told that Walser should be finding the issue and fixing it because if they don’t, any warranty I have with Walser will be void. Interesting fact since I also pay for Walser service plan, which appears to cover very little, in my opinion. I’ve also asked for a call back from the manager, Patrick, for two days. I’ve yet to get a call back. His own employees even speak to how he isn’t very good at calling his customers back. What a headache it has been to deal with when I just want to not have problems with a car I just got and I don’t think I should have to pay for these problems. More
