In addition to the recall work done, we had a synthetic oil change and tire rotation done. The cost estimate emailed to us was for $115 for synthetic oil and tire rotation but the bill handed us was about oil change and tire rotation done. Samsun was the person who reached out to me when I was inquiring about a vehicle. After I explained my situation he tried to find something less expensive. This is when I knew he was compassionate and car inquiring about a vehicle. After I explained my situation he tried to find something less expensive. This is when I knew he was compassionate and cared more about helping me out without a sales approach. He was with me every step of the way and even after purchasing my car, he still went above and beyond with helping me buff certain scratches when I made a visit and brought it to his attention. The paperwork was not done correctly. The sales manager was rude when asked about broken piece on car. The car was not ready for delivery even though we were clear the day prior as to when we would be there for pickup, we were there for over to hours to sign final paperwork and get delivery. The original response to the broken piece on the vehicle was take it or leave it, I did not accept this response and we were able to come to a resolution but not until the manager was involved again. I also asked the sales person and manager to get a quote on a second key which they both stated would be done and now two weeks later I am still waiting to hear on the cost for this. With this said i will not be returning for another purchase and will be letting others in my network know how we were treated at Brooklyn Park Walser Hyundai. Love the vehicle but disappointed in the actions of the staff at the dealership. More
