Too poor to review as I believe they would not change. That is because no response to inquiry about status of repairing or even at complaints no response. Luckily I could talked to the service supervisor, but nothing but listening to his explanation of how things are done in their perspectives, ignoring my requests of how I could find better time to get service without waiting too long. I wanted to get service done on Thursday. He said "No mechanic is available on Thursday!" Then the vehicle should be picked up on Monday, if I bring on Friday. I have to bring the car on Wednesday but my work is at about 150 miles away and I should work M-W on weekday o matter what. That was ridiculous to listen what they command. They are not customer-oriented. Nobody would imagine how difficult to get invoice from Walser Brooklyn Park Service as they said that invoice would be given after the service is done and paid. What a ridiculous policy they have. Then I paid and asked for the invoice but could not get it because I had to pick up the car on Monday after service department just closed. I had to ask for my car checked out from Sales department person who is still working. I really wanted the invoice with description of what parts and how the car is fixed. Then I called, texted, and emailed for requesting the invoice. I had not received invoice until I asked for Hyundai USA main service people after three business days. I need the invoice to see how much the Hyundai warrantee covers my cost of repairing. That was also the reason why I had to get service from this dealership as they seemed the one who can work in-between the manufacturer (Hyundai) and me, mainly because my car passed the promised warrantee of 100,000 miles driven. Mine was 125,000 miles but Hyundai thankfully provide 3-quarter of the repairing cost under good-will service, which was so good. But I had to stick to the dealership which I didn't like. More

I’ve had to visit the dealership six times for the same problem throughout the whole year. Going from CVVT valve, cover gasket, transmission flush, serpentine belt, spark plugs, and much more which results problem throughout the whole year. Going from CVVT valve, cover gasket, transmission flush, serpentine belt, spark plugs, and much more which results paying about $4000. I’ve wished from the beginning should have recommended me getting a new engine rather they had told me to get a whole new engine on my last visit. I’ve even contact Hyundai Corporate over year ago and haven’t heard back. I’ll never deal with this company ever again. Good luck to anyone who deals with this company. P.S: I’ll never buy Hyundai Vehicle EVER again! More

The Salesperson was Stellar, up to the point that He Said he would have the car Detailed before Delivery. Though Upon Delivery, Found Other Peoples Business Cards under the seats. something like Chocolate Sh he would have the car Detailed before Delivery. Though Upon Delivery, Found Other Peoples Business Cards under the seats. something like Chocolate Shake Drippings on the Drivers Interior Door Panel and Console. Amongst some other things, so, either the Detailing Never Occurred as per the Salesperson, or the Dealership FAILED To Follow through on Promises Made. So do not Know if Dealership Failed, or Salesperson Failed to Follow thru. Also, there was NO Discounting nor Negotiating with Feeble Excuses that was above their Pay Grade and that came from both Salesperson and Sales Manager. Even though they were in competition against 4 other Dealerships and 6 other vehicles. The Only clincher for the Deal was the Vehicle Color and that they Would Deliver to me with No Additional Charges. Another Failure was the Dealership WOULD NOT Follow up to Determine what had been Painted or Touched Up on the vehicle and WHEN? I was Pulling Paint Blocking Tape off the Vehicle in front of the Salesperson, so I know there was some painting going on. And I would Still Like to Know whom previous Owner was and what had transpired with the Vehicle Prior to Purchase. Because of the Paint is New then there are Limitations as to when it can be waxed due to cure time. So A Need to Know Item. Also do Not Need a Hard sell on Rustproofing a vehicle that is 6 years old as that only covers up and traps the existing Rust and actually makes the Issue Worse. Unless they are of course offering to have all the existing under body frame and panels sandblasted and cleaned at their expense. Which was Not in the contract. More
