Timothy was incredibly patient and as resourceful in helping us with our concerns, reassuring and being as supportive as could be during some bouts of anxiety. My partner is on the autism spectrum and Timothy did his best to accomodate and redirect to better get a grasp on his ability to assist. In the end, he excelled at guaranteeing our issues would be resolved, despite some setbacks out of any one’s control - he made certain we’d not be incurring further headaches as well and was easy to contact. With each request made, Tim was able to find solutions. Grateful for this dealership’s customer care team - my partner encountered many employees. Everyone in the service department was excellent as were the rest he encountered. Only down side is we have to drive an hour, but we do so understanding we are going ti be well taken care of and it is worth the trek. Thank you! More

We have been customers at this location for many years & have purchased several cars from this dealership. My appointment yesterday was a complete disaster! It was made some 3 weeks ago for an oil change have purchased several cars from this dealership. My appointment yesterday was a complete disaster! It was made some 3 weeks ago for an oil change plus the purchase of new tires for our Santa Fe 2011. It was communicated to me that if there was any issues getting the tires, I would be contacted. So, I showed up for my appointment as scheduled on Monday April 29th @ 7 am expecting to get new tires along with my oil change. The tires were never ordered & now I have to go back on May 1st to have my tires put on. I did speak directly with the service manager regarding this whole issue. The oil change was done without incident on April 29th. Plus no communication was made to me / us period there were any issues regarding getting the tires to the shop. Very frustrating! The service person that checked me in did a fine job & was very polite / helpful. More

My motor failed after 82,000 miles. (Nothing to do with the dealership.) After having me do two 1,000 mile test, they determined that the engine had to be replaced. I brought it in on a Monday morning and drove out with a new engine the next afternoon. One of the reasons I bought a Hyundai was because of their 100,000 mile drive train warranty. They made good on their promise! More

Too poor to review as I believe they would not change. That is because no response to inquiry about status of repairing or even at complaints no response. Luckily I could talked to the service supervisor, but nothing but listening to his explanation of how things are done in their perspectives, ignoring my requests of how I could find better time to get service without waiting too long. I wanted to get service done on Thursday. He said "No mechanic is available on Thursday!" Then the vehicle should be picked up on Monday, if I bring on Friday. I have to bring the car on Wednesday but my work is at about 150 miles away and I should work M-W on weekday o matter what. That was ridiculous to listen what they command. They are not customer-oriented. Nobody would imagine how difficult to get invoice from Walser Brooklyn Park Service as they said that invoice would be given after the service is done and paid. What a ridiculous policy they have. Then I paid and asked for the invoice but could not get it because I had to pick up the car on Monday after service department just closed. I had to ask for my car checked out from Sales department person who is still working. I really wanted the invoice with description of what parts and how the car is fixed. Then I called, texted, and emailed for requesting the invoice. I had not received invoice until I asked for Hyundai USA main service people after three business days. I need the invoice to see how much the Hyundai warrantee covers my cost of repairing. That was also the reason why I had to get service from this dealership as they seemed the one who can work in-between the manufacturer (Hyundai) and me, mainly because my car passed the promised warrantee of 100,000 miles driven. Mine was 125,000 miles but Hyundai thankfully provide 3-quarter of the repairing cost under good-will service, which was so good. But I had to stick to the dealership which I didn't like. More
