This round I felt things went well and I knew what to expect. Scheduling service for an electric vehicle was a bit confusing since the service options focused on gas-powered automobiles. I did not need an oil change! The service took a long time but your facilities allowed for a comfortable waiting experience. Other than the fact that when I drove away, I kept hearing a loud beeping noise. I drove around the block and had to return to the service center. When getting out of the car, I noticed that the technical left a device attached to my car and that is what was alerting. Not a big deal, just glad I didn't drive too far. More
