The first salesman (Ryan) that I worked with did a fantastic job. He answered all of my questions, was patient with my questions and worked with me to get the car that I needed/wanted. The GM Mark was also plesant to deal with during this process. Contrary to this, Ryan's team mate Steve (who closed the sale as Ryan was not available due to the holidays) was not friendly nor do I feel that he had any interests in mind other than his own. The experience and my business appeared to be more of an inconvienence and quite frankly, Steve almost cost this location my business. Were it not for this experience, I would have rated this location higher. More

Overall, it was a very great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and did their best to keep me comfortable for the long wait to hear back from the loan companies. The employee Jason who I worked with most was very willing to come in on his day off, so I could get my car as soon as possible, which I very much appreciated. I'd say the only thing troubled me was having to come back again to get them something they had accidently missed. It was a little troubling because of my busy work schedule, and such. However, if I were not so busy it would have been just fine. Pricing was reasonable, and they also gave me a great trade in value for my older sontata. I would very much reccommend this dealership, and I am planning to get my future cars here as well. More
I came to Walser looking for a new Elantra. I knew that the dealership had a no-haggle policy, which I like. The car arrived several days earlier than expected (nice!) and Jason was prompt in getting ahold of me and making arrangements for me to come in for the final paperwork. When I drove onto the lot, I was met by Frank Denato and welcomed to the dealership. Loved the experience I had purchasing my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from Rhett Dressel at the Brooklyn Park Walser. I had been searching various dealerships and was very dissatisfied with the initiative and the follow through that I was experiencing with the sales persons. I was then referred to Rhett and was immediately pleased with his professional approach. I received a call immediately, had all of my questions patiently answered, and was delighted with his friendly approach toward myself and my young daughter when we met in person. He listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to oversell me on features that I did not wish to purchase. The whole process was a wonderful experience - I LOVE my new Santa Fe and would recommend Rhett, as well as Ryan Miller who also graciously assisted me with the final signing of the papers. More

The guy who checked me in, I think his name was Tyler had NO idea how to work their new system. HE SUCKED. It took him 35 minutes (I timed it) to get my info. I received no call. I called them at 5:55pm before they closed to see what was up. Turned out they LOST my phone number. Picked my car up the next day (because they did not call me early enough) and it took 57!!! Minutes to get my information right into the system. I had the same inept guy who had NO CLUE how to use your database software. It was just silly. Got my car home, and the bolts for the plastic cover over the engine were sitting on top of the engine block. Did you forget to put any other parts back? I hope not... but I would not be surprised. I thought that dealers were pro. I would trust any mom and pop garage over this group of jokers. I did really like your shuttle driver and everyone was friendly... Just horrible at their job. More
