Dealing with Walser was a treat. I visited 3 dealerships over the course of my car shopping, and they were far and away the best to deal with. The salesmen and women did not work on commission, so there was over the course of my car shopping, and they were far and away the best to deal with. The salesmen and women did not work on commission, so there was no pressure, there was no calling you back for a week asking if you wanted to buy a car. (I am still dealing with this from a different dealership.) They just providing you with the information, and gave you a card. Walser also is offering a couple different lifetime warranties on new and used (under 60,000 miles) cars. One of them is free, one you have to purchase but they were in my mind very worth it. Overall, very happy with the dealership and those who worked there. More

I was leasing my current vehicle and knew my next was going to be something I keep for years to come. I started my car shopping early and found a sales person I enjoyed working with. She even took the time to drive with me to Walser Toyota so I could compare my top two choices side by side. A month before I was planning to purchase I got an email saying she had left the company and my name was passed along to Jason. Because of my previous shopping around I was worried I might have to start back at square one. I was so glad I was wrong! Jason had all of my history, knew exactly what I was looking for and found the exact car I wanted. He was looking out for me and wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal out there. He took the time to answer all of my ridiculous questions while buying the car and the few days to follow. I also really appreciated the added hospitality of the Asst GM, Doug. The charisma of the entire Walser team was refreshing. I have never been happier with my car buying experience nor have I had as much fun buying a car. Days later I continue to share with friends, family, co workers what great experience I had. I highly recommend Walser to anyone!! More

I started this very unwanted used car search about 2 months ago and after test driving at least 30 vehicles that were either out of my price range, too many miles or just felt like a was driving in a ca months ago and after test driving at least 30 vehicles that were either out of my price range, too many miles or just felt like a was driving in a cardboard box i stopped into Walser Hyundai and met Ryan. I explained my guidelines as to what i was looking for and what i was willing to spend. Ryan took immediate action and looked on the Walser website and found 4 cars that fit into my criteria. The following day he drove me to all 3 Walser dealership to test drive the vehicle. (Ryan was not your typical pushy used car salesman that we all dread) He was professional, knowledgeable, kind & caring. (what more could i ask for?)He answered all of my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable about my lack of knowledge about vehicles. I did end up purchasing a vehicle that Ryan showed my during our shopping spree that day. I actually just picked it up today!!! Ryan went ABOVE & BEYOND for me "the customer" and i am thankful for that. Thank you again Ryan for that "BIG PART" of costumer service. So i guess what i am trying to say by writing this review is that a salesman can make all the difference in the world! It did in my case. Most people do not like shopping for vehicles.(just ask them & they will tell you) My experience with Walser Hyundai & Ryan was top notch. I would recommend Ryan to anybody who is not only looking for a new or used vehicle but is also looking for customer service that goes along with the buying experience. The salesperson I worked with was nota good listener. He did not know his stock, nor could he fully uuderstand what I was looking for. He tried to redeem himself by attempting to sell me a car with fewer features that cost more, but was the same color.When I told hi that was nto the car I had made an offer on her went to antoher car with all the same feature, but he was a color I had never discussed with him. The more frustrated I became the more he wanted to know why. How many ways can you tell a person they are not listening? I asked a alot of questions when he claimed my credit score was poor, demanded my husband be on the application and asked for references. He could not answer questions intelligently. The best part of this experience was when he told me to get the color I wanted it would cost an extra $3,000 due to supply and demand. After 2 days of so called "no hagggle" I walked out only to find the exact car I wanted at another dealership online within 5 min, filled out application and in it was in my hands 24 hours after leaving Walser. Purchased the vehicle on my own, with more features, less money, no references and was told I had a good credit rating. Won't go back to Walser. What a waste of time. More
