I was able to work out the entire deal over the phone and through email. I had to drive 6 hours down and back in the same day to pick up my new Sonata and the staff at Walser had everything ready to go. I through email. He was funny and easy to get along with and genuinely seemed to be interested in what we were looking for. In addition to this, he actually knew a lot about the car we were driving. At multiple other dealers I often felt like I knew more about the car by reading the online information prior to my visit. At many other dealers I often felt like the salesmen were just reading off the window sticker. Zaheer actually informed us about things we didn't know from looking online. When we went to buy the car Zaheer or "Z" came in on his day off to complete the transaction and ensure we were able to get everything we had discussed.
