My Hyundai I thought the dealer staff did a fine job at the beginning. It took took much time for them to process the purchase order and get me the car for me, t I thought the dealer staff did a fine job at the beginning. It took took much time for them to process the purchase order and get me the car for me, though I have an excellent credit. They must have struggled pricing the car. Also, I want a different color, but was told it was out of stock. I was not told if I could come back for the right car and color. Worse, they forgot to finish the paperwork though I spent my entire day in the dealer(9-3). In addition, I got a call from the finance department telling me that if I don't come back to the office and sigh additional paperwork, I will not be able to drive the car and I had to return it! It was strange! A few days after, someone had to come to my work to have some of the paperwork signed. Still, I would recommend people to buy from this dealer. Or at least to buy a HYUNDAI CAR. More

I have have had my Hyundai Tuscon Sport Limited for a little over a month now and have several questions in regard to to it's features and have called Walser several times and always get my questions answered in a very friendly and informative way. They are all great! Troy H., my Customer Specialist was very friendly and really took his time to walk me through the sales process. He is a great guy to work with. Dan F., the New Car Manager also is a great guy and was very interested in my getting the best buying experience. Thank you guys!
