Once I declined an option we moved on with the sales process. My salesperson, Steve, was very friendly and showed a genuine interest in MY needs not what the dealership told him he needs to sell. He asked me a few questions about my driving habits and needs. The vehicle I test drove, and ended up buying, hit the nail on the head. The manager and finance personnel seemed genuinely happy I was buying from them. I felt I got a fair price for my trade in and ended up with vehicle that not only rated higher in safety and reliability but more affordable than the other brands I shopped. More
