The vehicle is in dual ownership, both him and me. Our sales man, James couldn't have been any more comforting and understanding to work with. I wanted my son to experience as much of the buying process as possible as this was all new for him. James was awesome and I believed he slowed it down to ensure my son understood and was comfortable making his first large life purchase. I know he spent more time with us than normal and what I appreciate the most was it was Memorial Day Saturday and he could have been easily been working on selling another car sooner. He also inquired about my sons needs and directed him to the Sonata that would better fit his lifestyle now and in the new future when he gets married. My son walked out of the dealership without any hesitation or buyers remorse and talked about how he liked James. It was fun , as a father, to later that day, hear him explain to his fiance why he bought this car and how it was technically their new first car as a couple and why it was would fit with their needs over the next 4-5 years, including car-seats for their future family. Because of this experience, the quality of the Sonata, and the price we received I have referred one family member and possibly a neighbor to your dealership, and also to James. I couldn't be any happier for my son and again greatly appreciated the effort and time extended to my son Ryan. It may be jsut another car sold, one of many that day, but for a young man and his father it will be an important memory, it was more than just buying a car to us: Thanks so much! I did pass on my appreciation to the manager that day as we were leaving too. One word about the dealership, Walser Hyundai. We were just stopping in on Saturday/Memorial weekend to look at what a new Sonata would cost. We had already looked at a 2016 Sonata at a local auto broker and were pretty sure that was the car we would be buying that day when we left the house. It was evident in the first 15 minutes that we would be changing our thinking and would be leaving with a 2017 Sonata. All the discounts, were wonderful but the extra $500 for me being both a veteran and a retired police officer left me grateful for their acknowledgement, even if my service was over thirty year's ago. The no haggle no traditional manager negotiations was refreshing. Walser does it right. Finally the reason we stopped at Walser was I love Hyundai's' and because of Walser's advertising on a local radio station; KQRS, in Minneapolis/St. Paul. PS: I initially thought I had sent this in early June when I received but I just discovered it in my files. He showed me all of the extras: powered driver seat so I could get closer to put my foot on the brake to start the car, explained the blueLink, the heated seats button for cooler weather and lots more. I bought it. I went through the paperwork for a car loan. I picked up the car the next day. He set up BlueTooth, showed how to work the travel button. Overall, he was and s great car dealer. I would give anyone his name if they need a car. More
