Oil Change I gave a high rating this time because they were good at changing my oil and rotating my tires. They gave me a print out of what was done, and what ne I gave a high rating this time because they were good at changing my oil and rotating my tires. They gave me a print out of what was done, and what needs to be done as well as a price by what needs to be done (filter change). They were friendly and nice. Although, I do NOT appreciate phone calls of confirming my appt and to be ON TIME because of it being the last appt of the day, etc. In the healthcare, we do not call patients and tell them to come in ON time because the Doctors want to leave.
