Bought New I was shopping for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport based on my previous experience with my 2003 Santa Fe. I had not test driven any and had not yet form I was shopping for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport based on my previous experience with my 2003 Santa Fe. I had not test driven any and had not yet formulated exactly what I wanted in a newer car. In driving a couple of one-three year old vehicles (both at Walser and another dealership) I was able to figure out what it was that I was looking for. I ended up, with no regrets, buying a new vehicle. I worked with Troy Howard, whose timing was uncanny. He called me about 5 days after I was at Walser, coincidentally when I had just finished test driving another vehicle at another dealership (I was still sitting in that car) just to see if I had any questions. We ended up heading back to Walser Hyundai, met with Troy, who answered our questions and helped me/us figure out which vehicle worked best for me. Troy was a no-pressure salesman who was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was asking about, I felt respected and appreciated his help in helping me figure out what features I wanted in a newer vehicle. He crunched the numbers and, ultimately, I drove away with a beautiful brand new car. Thank you Troy! P.S. We were frustrated that we had to return to get the roof rack and mats as they were not in stock. We were a little taken aback that a dealership wouldn't have those items immediately available. We did get them a week later. More

You hear all those horror stories about pushy salesman. However, my experience at Walser Hyundai, Brooklyn Park was nothing short of amazing. The moment I walked in I felt at ease. I worked with Tyson who is recommend again and again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all my questions and eased any concerns I had. They made the process SO easy. Best part? I had done my homework so I knew what I wanted (2018 Hyundai Elantra) and that Walser had a sterling reputation. I was greeted immediately and within minutes my rep and I were talking colors, trim choices and more. We took a test drive and after reviewing the many options available, settled on the car I would drive home. The financing paperwork took maybe over an hour to complete and all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Walser to any car buyer. More

Very fast and easy We had a noise coming from the power train of our Santa Fe. Turned out to be the viscous coupler. Walser had it diagnosed and fixed in 2 hours.
