FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!! Just purchased a 2017 Santa Fe SE with an 02 Premium Package a few days ago, working with salesperson Rhett Dressell. I cannot speak more highly of Rh Just purchased a 2017 Santa Fe SE with an 02 Premium Package a few days ago, working with salesperson Rhett Dressell. I cannot speak more highly of Rhett, EXCELLENT customer service! I had another similar vehicle sold "under my feet" at another dealership (non-Hyundai), the name of which isn't worth repeating. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. However, I kept looking, and got an inquiry email from Rhett, who helped me find another comparable Santa Fe that same day! I told him my tale of woe with the other dealership, and he assured me that he could accept a deposit to hold the vehicle for me while it was going through the Walser inspection process. Meanwhile, another dealer in St. Cloud found a similar vehicle, too. I called Rhett and explained the situation, and weighed out the pros and cons of each vehicle (all the while he still kept the vehicle on hold for me). I called Rhett back to say, "consider it sold," and true to his word, he placed a "sold sign" on the vehicle after it came back from inspection, before I even had a chance to get out there and take the vehicle for a test drive! I fell in love with the Santa Fe on the spot. Rhett and his associates at Walser were great to work with. Not only does Walser offer a 10-year, 150,000 mile FREE powertrain warranty (that starts from the day I purchased the vehicle!), they also gave me a very generous trade-in value for my beloved 2009 Genesis, which I had purchased at....you guessed it, Walser Hyundai in 2012! Both sales experiences were fantastic! Rhett stayed late to consummate the deal, and even set up my cell phone with BlueLink before we drove the Santa Fe off the lot. Sorry for the long review, but I just had to express my utmost appreciation for Rhett and Walser Hyundai.
