Do their best to make spending a ton of car repairs ok I knew going into it that I was facing some relatively expensive repairs; new steering coupler and replacement of both ball joints. They kept me info I knew going into it that I was facing some relatively expensive repairs; new steering coupler and replacement of both ball joints. They kept me informed the entire time, did a great job of estimating the time it would take to repair my car and made it as palatable as possible to spend that kind of money on repairs. Their service staff is friendly, humorous and sympathetic. It helps that our car drives so much better as well. More

The only problem we had was picking up our car. I can blame part of the on us. We were going to pick up the car on a Monday but we ended up with some time available we had was picking up our car. I can blame part of the on us. We were going to pick up the car on a Monday but we ended up with some time available on a Thursday, We called the dealership and they said come and pick it up. When we got there the sales people were running around trying to take care of us and also some other people. We eventually got our car but I did have to leave my wife there not knowing for sure that we would pick up the car. More
