Car was getting repaired. Service center said there was a recall which I didn't know. Was expecting to pick up car at end of day. Did not hear from them so texted them at 3:30PM only to be told it wouldn't be done that day. So I was left trying to find a hour at that time. Service person stated he wasn't told my car wouldn't be done but he saw it in the bay after I texted him and the technician had already left for the day. Was told they had the needed parts but received a text the next morning saying the parts had arrived at the dealership. My experience with the sales team when I purchased the vehicle a few months ago was great but not the service department. More
