First, the job they did on the car seems to be good so far. The low rating is for the awful communication system they have in place. If you call their service line, the voicemail tells you to text for a " far. The low rating is for the awful communication system they have in place. That usually would happen at the end of their work day (or sometimes the next day) and even if you respond right away, you don't hear anything again til the next day. It was completely frustrating. The links in texts and emails did not work (to approve work and to view invoice) just adding to the frustration. This would have been a 5 star rating if the communication hadn't been completely awful. More

The service manager, Jeremy is a lier and dishonest. I had scheduled 3 different appointments to fix a problem and it was never diagnosed and I was lied to about it each time. Did a proper oil change and cross-rotated my tires as requested. I was really happy the whole process was completed sooner than promised. Even vacuumed the front mats and wiped the dash for me.
