Had some issues with diagnosing the fuel door not opening. Had to come in for several appointments. The whole time staff was very informative and apologetic. Waiting room is very comfortable with com opening. Had to come in for several appointments. The whole time staff was very informative and apologetic. The service manager, Jeremy is a lier and dishonest. I had scheduled 3 different appointments to fix a problem and it was never diagnosed and I was lied to about it each time. Did a proper oil change and cross-rotated my tires as requested. I was really happy the whole process was completed sooner than promised. Even vacuumed the front mats and wiped the dash for me. Brought my car in at 930am and started working on I at 330 in the afternoon. Got an email telling me what was wrong with the car. Tried communicating to find out if I was going to get my car back and was 330 in the afternoon. Got an email telling me what was wrong with the car. Tried communicating to find out if I was going to get my car back and was told they would call me back and never did till day three. To tell me that the warranty wasn’t going to cover a part because I didn’t do the oil change. They said if I had proof they would and showed proof and thought they were working on the car and wasn’t. On day 4 at 230 I called again and was told I would get a call back within a hour and didn’t so I called again at 4 to find out the person just left for the day. Then kept calling multiple times to finally get ahold of someone that could give me answers. I was told now the warranty department won’t cover the work after I was told they would. I said fix because I have no choice. Then I asked about the second issue that I got quoted for a oil leak and was told they need to clean the motor first to find.not sure how they were even able to give me the quote if they didn’t know where the leak was coming from but okay. Asked the supervisor will that be covered on warranty and he said yes. Told him please hold on to and let’s get fixed. Day 9 I get a call saying my car is ready. Go to pick my car up and was told now I need to bring my car back in 500 miles. They only fixed an oil sensor and oil change in 9 days. Get in my car and 2 of my tires were low, service light, no updated sticker for the oil change. Had to leave to get back to work so I couldn’t even get back in to say anything. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Now have to bring the car back. More
