Awful experience, treated rudely by salesperson, manager and receptionist. We were treated like second class citizens. We experienced this repeatedly from beginning to the end. After meeting the salesperso and receptionist. We were treated like second class citizens. We experienced this repeatedly from beginning to the end. After meeting the salesperson, I asked for the service report done on the vehicle, since at Walsar, but never received it The salesperson told me “you know not much on a car like this. It’s not needed.” I asked three times but never received it. When we first arrived the salesperson told us to go wait in the car if we wanted to take the car for a ride. We waited quite a while so I went back in to tell them we were taking the vehicle out. The salesperson came out in about 5 minutes and told us he was busy w another customer..Then, later while processing the paperwork for the car loan he gave me some paperwork I didn’t know what to do w it. I asked him about it how this worked as I had a personal loan from my credit union. He chuckled and looked at me like I was stupid and said it is in your hand. Then when he asked weather I would like added vehicle services to my loan I said no. He then made a smartelic remark while looking at his laptop and said “I figured.” I told him he was being rude and he just wrote it off as he said an insincere “sorry I didn’t know I was doing that.”” By the time we were done it was too late to submit. We went home and I called the next day. I called a few times. They said the department was watching for the confirmation of payment. The salesperson had asked me how we wanted to pay. By check or wire. He said one would not matter over the other. He didn’t tell me it could take hours. We got the confirmation of payment at about 2:00 pm. We had discussed them delivering my car. He said it shouldn’t be a problem. First he told me it might and then he said he would work it out. By the end of the day 5:00 pm when they were suppose to be on the way he said they couldn’t bring it that day. It was too late. Although they said they would be leaving shortly. I asked for a manager. Mat came to the phone and said he wasn’t a manager but asked what I needed. I told him how rude Jonathan the salesman was and what happened he said that surprises me he is one of our best I felt like he was protecting him. I went on to tell him what happened. He said that they were running behind that day and just couldn’t bring my car to me. I told him I was told it would be today and that I had waited all day. He said well I’m sure you can understand we have been just so busy and explained why which I really do not remember and did not really care. He went on to say. we just don’t have enough people to do it at this time. I told him I wanted him to make it right. He said what do you want me to do I’m not sure what you have in mind I can do. I said you are a manager use your authority and do something about it. He said he would make sure the car was delivered in the morning. I told him I was already told that and that doesn’t help now.Everything was so disorganized and I felt like they were blaming us for their problems and making it seem like I was asking for too much when I was just asking for the basics of custoemr service. I think the salesperson was Pedro or something like that. I got the car in the morning but never even had an explanation of how things work on the car when taking the car for a ride and then whe it was delivered. I was too upset to ask any questions after that whole ordeal. If I could get the service report Walsar made on my car I would appreciate it. And thanks for the opportunity to make this complaint. More
