When they sell used cars they say it goes through a 150 some multi-point inspection, however it was painfully obvious my used Acadia didn’t even get the tire pressure checked. Found numerous things at first service shop including brake pads grinding metal on metal when they said they were above the minimum required (I know for a fact they didn’t even take tires off cuz they require a lug nut anti-theft lock that wasn’t with the car. Tires were less than the minimum 5/32 and Discount tire confirmed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone out of the obvious laziness of the service shop and deceit by the salesman. Never going back and I’ve told many people and many shops the same. More

My experience with buying a vehicle from this dealership was disappointing. While I was overseas trying to purchase the truck, the process was hindered. Initially, one sale rep began the process but later was disappointing. While I was overseas trying to purchase the truck, the process was hindered. Initially, one sale rep began the process but later informed me I couldn't buy the vehicle while abroad, assuming someone else was interested in the vehicle that was at the dealership in person. Thankfully, Jamie, a Manager, assisted my wife and said I could purchase the truck just a longer process but without her, nothing would have progressed. I rated them poorly for two reasons one I wanted the vehicle and all paperwork done before I got home from Korea in 2 weeks and I aimed to register the vehicle in Tennessee to save $3000 in taxes due to my military status before moving to Texas. Despite providing proof of wire transfer, they delayed sending necessary paperwork until the funds cleared. The dealership was unable to shipped the vehicle and I had to fly from Kentucky to Minnesota to pick up the truck and sign paperwork for the title release just one day after coming from Korea. This delay prevented me from registering the vehicle in Tennessee, resulting in me having to pay almost $3000 in tax to Texas. While Jamie was very helpful everytime she pass me back to the sale rep so he could do his job I wouldn’t hear from him or get anything and I would have to reach back out to her. More
