My car was supposed to be in the dealership for 1-2 hours, after I was sent home in an Uber, I was updated that my car would go to a different dealership for repairs. I tried getting contact multiple t hours, after I was sent home in an Uber, I was updated that my car would go to a different dealership for repairs. I tried getting contact multiple times and the first time Paola promised she’d call me back and never did. And when I tried calling a week later, the same thing happened. But what truly annoyed with my service is that when my car was finished I was expected to pay $200 deductible meaning that my warranty was practically useless. I understand that it was outsourced to a different dealership, but if I was expected to pay, you would think that the employees there would give you a heads up at a misleading “warranty”. More

Had the car for 5 hours and didn't call to let me know why. It was brought in for oil change, recall and tire pressure. Also, I wanted map update but said they couldn't do it???
