Because the Hyundai Elantra was stolen and recovered our 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty would not cover the blown engine due to the probably misus ... Because the Hyundai Elantra was stolen and recovered our 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty would not cover the blown engine due to the probably misuse of the vehicle during it's theft. Insurance wants us to total an otherwise running vehicle with only 66,000 miles on it. Initial contact was timely, however after that the dealership didn't contact us for 4 weeks and when we called they said there was nothing they could do. Friendly people, but apparently just a situation where we get the short end of the stick More

Walser Hyundai of Coon Rapids was able to get my older car (2007) in the same day I called about fluid leaks They located the problems, stopped the leaks with temporary fixes, ordered the parts, and sch car (2007) in the same day I called about fluid leaks They located the problems, stopped the leaks with temporary fixes, ordered the parts, and scheduled the work for when everything arrived. I was able to continue driving the car and then return to have the work completed in just one more appointment. Thanks. More
While in the end, the service my car received did fix the problem, I am giving a three-star rating. I waited from February 1 until May 13th to get my car serviced for an issue that was identified under warr problem, I am giving a three-star rating. I waited from February 1 until May 13th to get my car serviced for an issue that was identified under warranty on February 1st for a vehicle that had less than 6000 miles on it. If it were not for the fact that I continued to call and text I am guessing I still would not have had my car serviced. Even after dropping the cart off communication could have been much better.
