Communication and follow through were non-existent until I made a huge fuss. Even after expressing my frustration to the service mgr there was no acknowledgement or apology until I contacted the GM. The service tech I worked with was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, but I had to bring my car in three times for the same issue as it only got partially resolved the first communicative throughout the entire process, but I had to bring my car in three times for the same issue as it only got partially resolved the first time. Was able to get in quickly for the initial appointment, second diagnostic appointment, and then third appointment when the needed parts came in for the second cause of the same issue. Less than two weeks all told and was only without my car for two days during that period. More
