Aggressive getting us into the dealership and picking a vehicle, everything else was sub par. No email from salesman. My email to salesman for a couple things not delivered and a non-working part was met vehicle, everything else was sub par. No email from salesman. My email to salesman for a couple things not delivered and a non-working part was met with a short email, including suggesting a non-working charger was our issue and we should try to fix it ourselves... A few weeks later we get an email about our Service Visit which we didn't have.. now 5 months later we get an email about why we aren't using our complementary service visits that we had never heard about/had no clue... Nice people, answered my questions and walked me through the process. Now if they could get into my head so I could learn all the new electronics on the car, it would be nice.
