Service writer did not note my specific request NOT to change tire pressure and then the mechanic lied about in and out tire pressure. He released air out of hot tires. I checked my tires the following da change tire pressure and then the mechanic lied about in and out tire pressure. He released air out of hot tires. I checked my tires the following day and all 4 were way below the correct pressure and I had to air them up! When checking out the service writer was in a real hurry to get me out the door. She bouncing around from one station to another and doing this and doing that. Told me the amount I owed and basically ignored me. It was a very disappointing experience. It was my first time to this dealership and it's highly unlikely I will come back again. In fact I have already shared this experience with a number of people and it wasn't positive. Do better! More

I had a problem with my head light. I had to go back into the shop again to get it addressed. The service manager along with the young lady attending the counter were absolutely amazin I had to go back into the shop again to get it addressed. The service manager along with the young lady attending the counter were absolutely amazing.. The service manager was Jeremy. I am not sure of the young lady’s name that was working the counter. I was there on 3/20 at 4:30pm. Thank you Stacy More
