The service tech I worked with was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, but I had to bring my car in three times for the same issue as it only got partially resolved the first communicative throughout the entire process, but I had to bring my car in three times for the same issue as it only got partially resolved the first time. Was able to get in quickly for the initial appointment, second diagnostic appointment, and then third appointment when the needed parts came in for the second cause of the same issue. Less than two weeks all told and was only without my car for two days during that period. More
My car was supposed to be in the dealership for 1-2 hours, after I was sent home in an Uber, I was updated that my car would go to a different dealership for repairs. I tried getting contact multiple times and the first time Paola promised she’d call me back and never did. And when I tried calling a week later, the same thing happened. But what truly annoyed with my service is that when my car was finished I was expected to pay $200 deductible meaning that my warranty was practically useless. I understand that it was outsourced to a different dealership, but if I was expected to pay, you would think that the employees there would give you a heads up at a misleading “warranty”. More
