I was told my car would be ready in one hour. I have a 45 minute drive to the dealer. I understand that you were short of help when a mechanic called in sick. However, the front desk lady should I have a 45 minute drive to the dealer. I understand that you were short of help when a mechanic called in sick. However, the front desk lady should have left the customers know that. I could have left my car overnight instead of sitting in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours. I was watching the mechanic as he kept walking away from my vehicle and working on another car. Just communicate with your customers. The service manager then jumped in to help. Hopefully my next experience will be a better one. More
