Messed my Jeep up. My Jeep entered with low tire pressure and left with 5 tire sensors not working, and then they wanted to charge me to repair it. Also, I would have had to lose hours from work to have the work done. I simply can’t afford the money nor time to correct their error, so I drive around with faulty tire pressure sensors lighting up my dashboard. More
Service advisor stated that after calling the warranty company they denied my claim and stated due to corrosion and rust. After requesting to speak to manager and explain the warranty description he call company they denied my claim and stated due to corrosion and rust. Long wait, no follow through, poor experience every time I have been there. Made an express appt that took nearly two hours. Have to wait 5-6 weeks for an appt for anything other than routine maintenance. I have been there. Made an express appt that took nearly two hours. Have to wait 5-6 weeks for an appt for anything other than routine maintenance. How do you have a Walser extended warranty and have to use a Walser dealer, but then can’t get in for 5-6 weeks?! My sales experience was good, but regret purchasing prepaid oil changes and extended warranty. Plan to cancel and take my service needs at another Jeep dealer. More
The service was good, BUT they ordered a part for us and never called us when it came in, I had to follow-up and call the service department.
