I was lied to multiple time over the phone and in person. I told the salesperson I would only buy the car if they fixed one piece of trim. He agreed. Now 2 months later I have spoken to that salesperson and I told the salesperson I would only buy the car if they fixed one piece of trim. He agreed. Now 2 months later I have spoken to that salesperson and the general manager face to face and also over the phone 3 times. Each time they say that the part has been ordered, check with the parts department. I have left 3 messages with the parts department with no call backs. The people at Walser Hopkins are not honest and cannot be trusted. Don’t believe them when they say they will do something. More

Not until JEEP broke down in Duluth and taking it to Cloquet did I get a proper diagnostic and was informed of the warranty on an engine replacement. Would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Walser, instead make your way to the Wood City Moters in Cloquet, MN to buy your JEEP! The difference in customer service, mechanic knowledge and skill, and exceptional communication is above and beyond what Walker fails to provide. More
