I came in for just an oil change, and they said I needed my brake fluid flushed also. This ended up taking 5 hours and 15 minutes. My appointment is at 10 o’clock and originally I was told it would take abo my brake fluid flushed also. This ended up taking 5 hours and 15 minutes. Then I was told it would be done at 1 o’clock so I had my kids dropped off there because my wife had to go an appointment. I didn’t end up leaving there until 3:15. I thought offering a discount would’ve been appropriate because of how long it took, but it was not offered. The representative I was dealing with was polite and apologetic, however. More
