When we called in with the problem you did a great job of getting an immediate appointment and securing a loaner vehicle. You told us to have our vehicle towed in. We arranged that. Then when we went to pick getting an immediate appointment and securing a loaner vehicle. You told us to have our vehicle towed in. We arranged that. Then when we went to pick up the loaner Ahmed said 'we have it but not until your vehicle arrives'. Our car was delivered to your dealership at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 4. He promised to send a driver at 9 am on Tuesday morning to pick up Jeannie to get her loaner. He did not do this. No driver arrived. I drove up from my office in Burnsville to get her loaner. Mark then said, there is no loaner. So Ahmed lied or forgot. Mark and team got the car fixed and on the road. For this you did well, but the crap in the meantime makes you a difficult dealership to work with. More
