I understand that troubleshooting issues can be trial and error, but I really appreciate when a service center continues to try to resolve the issues. They were able to my issue resolved on the second try an error, but I really appreciate when a service center continues to try to resolve the issues. They replaced the radio system because it failed , the car only had 39k miles 2018 . They said it has been happening to other Jeeps , this should have been replaced for free as it is obvious a defect on car only had 39k miles 2018 .
